Head of IT

You will lead the development and delivery of IT systems, programs and services, and provide input into organisational strategy and policy. As Head of IT, you will also build workforce competency and coordinate a professionally diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of current developments in IT management and their application in a commercial environment is essential. You also have extensive senior management experience in delivering best practice IT strategies and customer-focussed solutions.

Extensive knowledge of stakeholder engagement programs and strategic communication planning and processes is also a must.

You are committed to lead change initiatives, and have sound conceptual, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. You also have highly developed communication skills, excellent judgement, flexibility and foresight. The ability to develop and implement consultative/participative processes with key clients and stakeholders will ensure success.
